HO! HO! HO! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
That’s right, it’s that time of the year again and how quickly it all seems to roll around every year! This time of the year is particularly busy for me with parties needing to be catered, articles to write and my own personal entertaining that I like to do. So with life not showing any signs of slowing down all I can do is try and keep up!
What I love about Christmas is that its the one time of the year where you get to take a step back and think about everything that has happen throughout the year. We have a tradition in my family, every year around the Christmas table we all have a turn at telling everyone else what was our highlight for the year, what we are most grateful for and lastly what we are looking forward to in the following year. Its a great tradition and I highly recommend you starting this tradition with your own family.
I also love entertaining over the holiday season, however I do realise that for many people entertaining especially during this time of the year is very daunting and often the cause of a lot of anxiety. With this in mind I have decided to include some articles, recipes and cooking segments that I have put together for the holiday season.
I was lucky enough to be able to film some cooking segments with HomeHeaven focusing on easy, last minute Christmas menu ideas. They have been divided into 4 short videos making it easy for you to find what your looking for. My top tip is to try the Cheat’s Mango Trifle, and as many of you are aware dessert isn’t my strong suit so when I recommend one of my desserts you know its going to be fool proof and taste amazing!

On Christmas Morning I will be appearing on Channel 10’s morning show Studio 10 doing an unprecedented 4 cooking segments that are Christmas inspired. This is a true honour for me as not only am I a huge fan of the show, but this has never happen before on this show! Once it airs I will include the video footage but for now I will share the recipes only. I highly suggest you try out my glaze, it truly is the easiest glaze you will come across and may I say one of the tastiest I have ever had!
